Maxime assists a wide range of clients, both French and foreign, in their relations with the authorities, for applications for authorisations or applications for structural projects (public procurement, aid programmes, etc.), administrative controls (withdrawal of authorisations, economic sanctions, etc.), or exceptional problems (validation of the regulatory compliance of new products/projects, transfer of portfolios of authorisations and administrative contracts, analysis of the liability of the public authorities).

He is also involved in the structuring and contractual execution of large-scale public-private projects (identifying the scheme to be implemented, assisting public and private operators in adapting their commercial policy, assisting with award procedures, managing contract performance difficulties).

Maxime also assists a number of companies with their public affairs procedures (he is a member of A-CAP – Association des Avocats Conseils en Affaires Publiques).
