Nikos focuses on Real Estate and Commercial law, with particular emphasis on M&A projects, involving real estate assets, including hotel complexes, shopping centers, and large-scale business operations. His experience includes conducting legal due diligence exercises and advising on complex property transactions. He has also been involved in capital markets projects. Prior to his legal career, Nikos worked for several years as a chartered accountant for major organizations in the United Kingdom, gaining valuable financial and commercial insight that complements his legal practice.
