    Attorney Miron has extensive experience in civil-commercial litigation, having been involved in some of the largest legal cases in Israel, including procedural law, arbitrations, liquidations, and trusts. In addition to domestic litigation, attorney Miron also represents foreign entities against Israeli parties, addressing private international law issues. He has developed expertise in administrative law litigation, including petitions to the Israeli Supreme Court (Bagatz) and other administrative courts. With many years of experience, attorney Miron has a unique ability to mediate between opposing parties in a calm and amicable manner, helping resolve conflicts. Attorney Miron has extensive experience in commercial matters, serving as legal counsel for entities in commerce, finance, and property law. He has played a key role in establishing and advising various corporations, partnerships, and cooperatives throughout their operations. Attorney Miron provides legal counsel in the fields of planning and construction, including advising planning authorities and urban building plans. He is involved in real estate, tourism, and hotel projects in cities such as Haifa, Herzliya, Netanya, and Tel Aviv, and has participated in property enhancement and urban renewal projects. Attorney Miron served as a member of the Gaby Committee, which led to the cancellation of the property tax. Attorney Miron provides legal advice in planning and construction law, specializing in guiding national and regional master plans, including Tama 31 (immigrant absorption), Tama 32 (GFM facilities), Tama 35 (general national plan until 2010), and Tama 5 (Tel Aviv district plan). Attorney Miron works on municipal issues and has served as legal advisor to several local authorities. He advises on municipal matters, handles cases and lawsuits, and provides legal opinions to various authorities. Attorney Miron led the legal efforts related to the disengagement plan concerning the settlements of Gush Katif and the northern Gaza Strip. His services included legislative guidance, handling administrative petitions and Supreme Court cases, and representing communities, settlements, residents, and businesses in compensation claims and relocation agreements. The work also involved overseeing settlement establishment projects, including contracts, planning, land acquisition, and construction. Attorney Miron specializes in taxation related to real estate transactions, including capital gains tax, purchase tax, and betterment levies. He also handles compensation claims for expropriation and property damage not resulting from expropriation.

    Born in Israel, Colonel (Res.) and son of law firm founder the late Eliyahu Miron. Since his release from the IDF, he joined the law firm "Miron, Ben-Zion & Prywes, Attorneys and Notaries", where he currently serves as the head. He specializes in commercial law, finance, property law, and public activity related to issues concerning the Jewish character of the state.
