Adv. Batel Torangi provides comprehensive legal counsel and support to public companies and reporting corporations on complex matters of commercial law, securities law, and corporate law, and has extensive experience in all legal aspects involved in capital markets activity.

In this capacity, she regularly advises public companies, including in connection with the preparation of immediate and periodic reports, corporate secretarial work, support for general meetings, board of directors and board committee meetings, handling corporate governance matters, and providing ongoing counsel to management and officers.

Bat-El advises her clients from the initial stages of incorporation and provides legal counsel to companies at every stage of their development – from the commencement of operations through to an initial public offering, including capital markets activity and a wide range of other commercial transactions.
