Adv. Yana Zilbershtein is experienced in providing legal advice to institutional entities on their ongoing investment fund activities and in helping private clients to establish various types of investment funds in Israel and abroad.

Yana’s legal services include advising institutional entities on their various investments, including investments in private equity funds, venture capital funds, and financing funds, as well as on their investments in bonds and in private companies and startups.

In addition, Yana counsels private clients on the formation of various types of hedge funds.
