Adv. Nofar Rose David is engaged in the fields of corporate and commercial law. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising in high-tech companies.

Nofar represents investors and buyers from various technological fields, including leading Israeli and foreign funds and investors, and advises them in executing investments and acquisitions of Israeli companies.

 Nofar has extensive experience in representing entrepreneurs, startups, and high-tech companies throughout all stages of their lifecycles, from incorporation and initial capital raising, to providing ongoing commercial legal services, and until exit or IPO.

Prior to joining our firm, Nofar worked at a leading law firm.
