Barbara has been a partner since 2014 and heads the firm's Regulatory & Compliance department. She advises domestic and multinational clients on complex regulatory issues across highly regulated sectors, including pharmaceuticals, banking, insurance, financial products, telecommunications and media. Her professional expertise also includes consumer law, data privacy, competition law and tax law. Barbara also supports clients in negotiating and concluding diverse commercial agreements. Clients particularly appreciate her business-oriented approach and her ability to develop legal solutions that align with their strategic goals and contribute to operational efficiency.
