Helena has been a partner at the firm since 2005 and heads the Dispute Prevention and Resolution Department. She regularly advises and represents clients in complex, often cross-border commercial disputes. With in-depth expertise and over two decades of experience in intellectual property dispute resolution - particularly in the pharmaceutical sector - she is recognized as one of Slovenia’s leading experts in this field. In recent years, Helena has placed particular focus on the development of alternative dispute resolution and is actively engaged in this area as the Slovenian national delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. Thanks to her precision, strategic mindset, and ability to develop well-considered and creative legal solutions, she provides clients with comprehensive and effective legal representation.
