Katarina Radović is a partner at MJB attorneys at law in Belgrade, Serbia, specialising in employment, corporate and media law, intellectual property, as well as data protection and privacy. She regularly appears before Serbian courts and has acted as counsel in a number of arbitrations. 

She advises and represents domestic and international clients in media disputes, intellectual property disputes, including copyright infringement proceedings before the courts and administrative authorities of the Republic of Serbia.

Katarina advises companies on privacy and data protection matters, including compliance with Serbian and European data protection regulations, the preparation and implementation of privacy documentation, cross-border data transfers, data breach response, as well as privacy issues related to digital services and new technologies.

Her practice includes international investment and commercial arbitration, where she has participated as a member of legal teams in proceedings conducted under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC arbitration rules.

Katarina is a licensed mediator and is registered in the Register of Mediators maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia.
