Nevena Marinković is an attorney at MJB attorneys at law in Belgrade, Serbia, specialising in employment law, corporate law, media law and family law. She is also an experienced litigator, representing clients in a range of matters from general commercial litigation to media disputes. 

She also advises clients on intellectual property rights protection and represents clients in copyright infringement disputes before Serbian courts and administrative authorities.

Nevena has extensive experience in family law, with particular focus on child custody and maintenance matters, as well as divorce proceedings involving an international element, including division of marital property.

She has significant experience in international investment and commercial arbitration, having been a member of legal teams in proceedings conducted under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, and ICC Rules.

Nevena has been a member of the MJB team since 2014.
