Mara Janković is a partner at MJB Attorneys at Law in Belgrade, Serbia, specialising in intellectual property law, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, and real estate.

She advises and represents domestic and international clients on intellectual property matters, with particular experience in trademark, patent, industrial design, and plant variety protection before Serbian authorities.

Her practice covers both advisory and contentious intellectual property matters, including the protection, enforcement and management of intellectual property rights, as well as customs enforcement measures and cross-border intellectual property protection.

She also serves as an arbitrator on the Committee for the Resolution of Disputes Relating to the Registration of National Internet Domains.
