Lena Petrović is an attorney at MJB attorneys at law in Belgrade, Serbia, specialising in intellectual property law, international arbitration, litigation, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, data protection and privacy, as well as media, entertainment and advertising law. 

She advises and represents domestic and international clients in complex commercial and intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright disputes, media disputes and litigation before Serbian courts and administrative authorities.

Lena has extensive experience in international investment and commercial arbitration, having acted as counsel and as a member of legal teams in proceedings conducted under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC Rules.

Her data protection and privacy practice covers compliance with Serbian and European data protection laws, privacy documentation, cross-border data transfers, data breach response, direct marketing, and privacy issues arising from digital services and emerging technologies. She also represents clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings before the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Lena serves as an arbitrator on the Committee for the Resolution of Disputes Relating to the Registration of National Internet Domains. Her practice also includes matters concerning online content, digital platforms and intellectual property rights in the digital environment.

She has been a member of the MJB team since 2010.
