Dejan Bogdanović is a partner at MJB attorneys at law in Belgrade, Serbia, specialising in intellectual property law, corporate and commercial law, and real estate law.

He has extensive experience in intellectual property law and has been a registered patent and trademark attorney since 1993. 

In addition to being responsible for managing MJB’s portfolio of intellectual property clients, he advises and represents clients in trademark infringement disputes and has acted in a number of landmark cases before Serbian courts.

Dejan also advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, from negotiations through completion, as well as on corporate and commercial law matters, with particular experience in company formation.
