Marjan is a Senior Partner and currently holds the position of Managing Partner at Karanovic & Partners. With more than 20 years of professional experience, he held a leading role in numerous M&A transactions. Apart from his extensive involvement in transactional and general corporate work, Marjan regularly advises clients on complex multi jurisdictional compliance matters. He has in-depth knowledge of specific industries, including healthcare & pharmaceuticals, IT and aviation. He heads the firm’s anti-corruption practice and advises clients on sensitive compliance matters and anti-corruption investigations.

Marjan is the main contact for our region in the L2B Aviation Group, a global network of independent law firms focused on aviation law.
