Dragan Karanović is a Founding Partner and heads the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group. He has 30 years of experience advising multinational clients, financial institutions and governments on mergers and acquisitions, privatisation and energy and infrastructure transactions, and has been involved in some of the largest deals in the market to date.

Dragan is talented as both a lawyer and a leader. He has been recognised as a "Market Maker for Serbia" for his role in the legal industry by CEE Legal Matters. This is a special lifetime achievement award given to a senior lawyer identified by peers as having played the most influential and significant role in creating the country’s modern legal market. His vision and leadership greatly helped today's position of Karanovic & Partners legal practice in the SEE legal industry.
