Yarden Hadar is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Group. Yarden advises leading Israeli and multinational companies on a broad range of competition law matters, providing strategic guidance across complex regulatory and transactional contexts.
Yarden has extensive experience in all aspects of antitrust and competition law, including merger control, joint ventures, restrictive arrangements and abuse of dominant position, and represents clients before the Israeli Competition Authority, the Competition Tribunal and Israeli courts.
Yarden’s practice includes advising on complex, high-profile, multi-jurisdictional transactions, managing merger control processes, coordinating filings with competition authorities in Israel and abroad, and navigating intricate regulatory requirements. Yarden also provides ongoing advice on monopoly-related issues and competition law compliance, with a practical, business-oriented approach tailored to clients’ strategic objectives.
