Chiara Silva combines a distinguished academic career with extensive practitioner experience in criminal law. She is an Associate Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Padua and has built deep expertise in white-collar and economic criminal law, with particular focus on tax, insolvency-related, and corporate criminal offences. She is also a long-standing expert in corporate criminal liability under Italy's Legislative Decree 231/2001, advising clients on the design and review of compliance models (Modelli di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo) and on representation in proceedings brought under the Decree. Chiara has authored two monographs and numerous scientific articles on criminal law.
