Senior Associate

Patrycja Szwed is a senior associate who works directly with the Partners on all major matters. She is the leading associate in international mandates, specialising in cross-border restructuring operations and complex corporate transactions. She works closely on the firm’s largest client engagements, including advising group companies with €300 million turnovers on their day-to-day activities, transfer of shares and demergers. She was also pivotal in concluding critical deals for a client totalling €134 million. She also contributes to the firm’s international arbitration matters and assists with the €2 billion arbitration portfolio.

Her expertise in cross-border insolvency procedures and foreign acquisitions of Italian companies makes her essential for international clients navigating complex restructuring situations. Patrycja’s ability to coordinate between multiple jurisdictions and work with foreign counsel has made her indispensable for the firm's most sophisticated international matters, demonstrating the trust both clients and the firm place in her capabilities.
