Partner

Fabio Niccoli has a significant experience in private equity, M&A and corporate law.

He primarily advises Italian and international private equity funds as well as companies and global corporations in complex M&A and extraordinary transactions, including cross border.

He has gained specific expertise in minority investments and his broader experience includes corporate governance and commercial contracts.

Before joining LMS Studio Legale, Fabio Niccoli was a partner in the corporate transactions department and head of the Italian private equity team at Ashurst.

His prior experience includes serving as General Counsel of Fondo Strategico Italiano (currently CDP Equity), one of the main Italian investment companies. In addition to his GC position, he held other roles, such as member of the Investment Committee, member of the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies, as well as Chairman of certain co-investment companies with primary Italian and international partners, including sovereign wealth funds.

Previously, he worked at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo (now BonelliErede) and Gianni & Origoni and was already a partner at LMS Studio Legale, which he co-founded in 2006.
