Partner; Co-Head Real Estate: Urban Renewal

Yoav Zahavi is a partner and co-head of ERM’s Real Estate & Leisure Department. He advises on complex real estate transactions, with particular expertise in urban renewal, purchasing groups and large-scale development projects.

Yoav represents developers, landowners, public companies and financial institutions, and provides legal support throughout all stages of a project, including acquisition, planning, financing, construction, delivery and registration. His practice includes advising on public tenders, combination agreements, purchasing groups and other complex real estate transactions.

Over the past decade, Yoav has led significant urban renewal projects across Israel and is particularly experienced in managing multi-party negotiations, regulatory challenges and the legal and commercial aspects of large-scale developments.
