Head of the Employment & Benefits Department

Ori Turkia Shelas is a partner and Head of ERM’s Employment & Benefits Department. She advises Israeli and international clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters, including executive employment, compensation arrangements, workplace policies, restructurings, terminations, labour litigation and the employment aspects of cross-border and transactional matters.

Ori has particular experience in complex and sensitive employment matters, including senior executive issues, workplace investigations, harassment claims, employee privacy, collective labour relations and strategic disputes before the Israeli labour courts. She also advises on the adaptation of global employment frameworks and HR policies to Israeli law.

In addition, Ori advises organisations on the employment-related implications of artificial intelligence, including internal policies, workforce management and decision-making processes. She is widely recognised for her expertise in Israeli employment law and is a frequent speaker on developments in the field.
