Career

Dr Orit Deagi-Epstein is Of Counsel at ERM and advises on competition and antitrust matters, with over 20 years of experience in Israeli and EU competition law, regulation and consumer protection. Her practice includes merger control, monopolies, restrictive arrangements, compliance programmes and related regulatory matters.

Orit advises Israeli and international clients on the competition law aspects of transactions and commercial arrangements, including merger notifications, regulatory approvals and the application of Israeli and European competition frameworks. She also has particular experience in sector-specific regulation and consumer protection matters.

Her background includes senior public roles in the competition and regulatory sphere, including service at the Israeli Antitrust Tribunal and as legal adviser to the Israel Competition Authority. She is also active in academia and professional forums and is widely recognised for her expertise in competition law and regulation.
