Sapir Even-Hen Bahar is a partner in ERM’s Dispute Resolution Department. She advises Israeli and international clients on complex commercial litigation, arbitration, including international arbitration, administrative proceedings, class actions and shareholder disputes.

Sapir represents corporations, public companies, institutional bodies and private clients in multifaceted disputes involving corporate law, corporate governance, securities matters, public tenders and other high-stakes commercial conflicts. Her practice also includes strategic pre-litigation advice and the management of sensitive, multi-party disputes.

She appears before all levels of the Israeli courts and in international proceedings, and is recognised for her strategic approach to contentious matters, particularly in cases involving significant commercial, regulatory or reputational exposure.
