Golan is a partner in ERM’s Real Estate & Leisure Department. He advises on complex real estate transactions, with particular expertise in urban renewal projects.

He represents developers, landowners and residents in large-scale projects, including urban renewal, combination transactions, acquisitions, disposals and complex leasing arrangements. His practice also includes advising on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of projects through all stages, from initial organisation and planning through to construction, sales, handover and registration.

In addition, Golan advises on real estate financing and related commercial matters, and is particularly experienced in guiding projects involving multiple stakeholders, regulatory complexity and sensitive negotiations.
