Or is a partner in ERM’s Real Estate & Leisure Department and also advises on Banking & Finance matters. She focuses on residential real estate finance and urban renewal projects, and advises on complex real estate transactions throughout Israel.

Or represents developers, landowners, financial institutions and contractors in large-scale projects, including evacuation-reconstruction (Pinui-Binui), Tama 38, alternative urban renewal schemes and combination transactions. Her practice includes advising on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of transactions, with particular experience in financing aspects of real estate developments.

She provides legal support throughout the full lifecycle of projects, from drafting and negotiation through to planning and permitting, financing, delivery and registration, and is particularly experienced in managing the legal and commercial complexities of large-scale urban renewal matters.
