Simon is a partner in ERM’s Corporate Department and advises on M&A, High Tech, Healthcare and start-up matters. He also leads the firm’s High Tech & Venture Capital practice.

Qualified in both Israel and England & Wales, Simon advises Israeli and international clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, strategic investments and a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. His practice includes representing technology companies, investors, founders and multinational businesses across various stages of growth and investment activity.

Simon also has significant experience advising clients in the healthcare sector, and is particularly well placed to handle complex transactions involving international elements, drawing on many years of experience in both Israeli and English legal practice.
