Career

Gilad Maoz is a co-founding partner of ERM and co-head of the firm’s Real Estate & Leisure Department. He advises on complex real estate transactions, with particular expertise in hospitality matters and high-value real estate deals.

Gilad represents public and private companies, developers, investment funds, financial institutions and other Israeli and international clients on acquisitions, disposals, leasing transactions, joint ventures and real estate finance matters. He is particularly experienced in sophisticated hotel and leisure transactions, including development, construction, operation, hotel management agreements and arrangements with Israeli and international hotel brands.

In addition, Gilad regularly acts as a mediator and arbitrator in real estate-related matters and is particularly well placed to advise on disputes and conflict resolution arising in complex real estate and hospitality transactions.
