Tal Leibusher Dahan is a partner in ERM’s Real Estate & Leisure Department and also advises on Banking & Finance matters. She focuses on complex real estate transactions and large-scale projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality and urban renewal developments.

Tal represents developers, purchasing groups, investment funds, institutional entities and leading Israeli banks, and provides legal support across all stages of a project, from acquisition and financing through to planning, construction, sales and registration.

She also has substantial experience in real estate finance, advising both lenders and borrowers on sophisticated financing transactions, including project finance, syndicated facilities and other funding structures for real estate developments.
