Career
Eran Mizrahi is a partner in ERM’s Real Estate & Leisure Department and a lead partner in the firm’s Banking & Finance practice. He advises on complex real estate and financing transactions, with particular expertise in real estate finance and acquisition finance.
Eran represents banks, insurance companies, institutional investors, private equity funds, developers and other market participants in a wide range of financing matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers. His practice includes financing structures for real estate and infrastructure projects, commercial loans and acquisition finance transactions.
He also advises on complex real estate transactions, including development projects and purchasing groups, and provides legal support across all stages of the project lifecycle, from acquisition and financing through to development, commercialisation and sale.
