Career
Jeremy is a partner at ERM and advises on Banking & Finance, M&A and High Tech matters, with a particular focus on complex cross-border transactions. Qualified in Israel, England & Wales and New York, he represents Israeli and international clients on sophisticated corporate, investment and financing matters.
Jeremy advises major financial institutions, private equity funds, venture capital and debt funds, technology companies and other multinational corporates on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, venture and growth transactions, and a broad range of financing matters. His finance practice includes acquisition finance, leveraged finance, corporate finance, project finance and refinancing transactions.
He is particularly experienced in matters involving multiple jurisdictions and international counterparties, and regularly advises some of the world’s most sophisticated investors and corporations on transactions involving Israel.
