Ron Abelski is co-head of ERM’s M&A & Private Equity practice and advises on M&A, High Tech and Healthcare matters. He represents Israeli and international clients on complex domestic and cross-border corporate and transactional work, with particular expertise in strategic and high-value transactions.

Ron advises institutional investors, private equity funds, multinational corporations, public and private companies, family offices and technology businesses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, divestitures, carve-outs and strategic investments.

He also leads ERM’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, advising major international healthcare companies on their investments and operations in Israel. In addition, Ron heads the firm’s German desk and is particularly experienced in matters involving German-speaking clients and cross-border activity between Israel and German-speaking jurisdictions.
