Vincent LINARI-PIERRON is the founder and managing partner of Linari Law Firm for over 26 years. He is specialized and expert in the areas of investment funds, private equity, real estate, structured finance and banking and financing. He has advised on multiple cross-border transactions, merger & acquisitions, and represented a private equity client on its strategic exit.

A major part of the transactions in which Vincent Linari-Pierron has been involved are focused on renewable energies and real estate.

Vincent Linari-Pierron also acts as independent director in various UCITS funds in Luxembourg.

Vincent Linari-Pierron speaks Luxembourgish, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Vincent Linari-Pierron is member of the Luxembourg Bar association since 1998.
