Nejan Duman advises multinational and local companies, as well as leading private equity firms, on mergers and acquisitions, contracts and corporate law matters. Her M&A experience spans both domestic and cross‑border transactions, involving joint ventures and privately held companies.

She has advised on transactions across a range of sectors, including media and entertainment, healthcare, energy, packaging, food, automotive, chemicals, manufacturing, technology and insurance.

Nejan Duman joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2015. She became a managing associate in 2025.
