Dr. Okan Gündüz advises multinational and domestic companies on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters. His practice spans contracts, competition, employment, consumer law, public tenders, as well as compliance-related investigations. He has been advising clients operating in sectors such as healthcare and life sciences, energy, technology and education.

With over 25 years of experience, Okan represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including disputes arising from agency, distribution, sponsorship, sale and purchase agreements, as well as recovery of large-scale debts, unfair competition, intellectual property, product liability, insolvency and real estate matters.

Dr. Okan Gündüz joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2023. Before joining the firm, he practiced law at leading law firms, including in partner roles.

Between 2011 and 2017, Okan lectured on civil procedure law and enforcement & bankruptcy law at an Istanbul-based university and has published academic articles on civil procedure law.
