Begüm İnceçam Kolcuoğlu advises on mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate and commercial law matters. She has been involved in a range of M&A transactions, including Turkey’s landmark deals.

Her experience covers various transaction structures involving joint ventures and public and private companies operating in sectors such as energy, insurance, retail, electronics and financial services.

She advises multinational corporations, leading private equity firms as well as local entities, both in their cross-border and local transactions.

Begüm İnceçam Kolcuoğlu has been with Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı since 2008 and currently serves as counsel. During her career at the firm, she has held senior roles, including a period as partner. In 2015, she was seconded to Slaughter and May, a leading London-based law firm.
