Hasan H. Yaşar has significant experience in capital markets law as well as banking and finance law.

Hasan has successfully represented multinational banks, financial institutions, brokerage firms, portfolio management companies, investment funds and publicly held companies in various cross-border and domestic capital markets and banking transactions including swap and derivatives transactions; repo transactions; financing transactions, equity and debt capital markets offerings; securitization; electronic money offerings; and provision of investment services, payment services and insurance products.

He has represented the underwriters in all Eurobond offerings of the Republic of Turkey in the last ten years. He also provides legal advice to local and foreign crypto service providers and crypto markets.

Hasan H. Yaşar joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı as a partner in 2022. At the beginning of his career, he completed the programs of Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey and Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. (Turkish stock exchange). Before joining Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı, he was a senior partner leading the capital markets team of another Istanbul based top-tier law firm where he worked for almost a decade.
