Begüm Biçer İlikay has experience in dispute resolution, compliance and investigations. She represents domestic and international clients before the Turkish Courts, execution offices and other public authorities in a broad range of matters, including commercial and corporate disputes, complex intra-company disputes, employment disputes, administrative lawsuits, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as white‑collar criminal matters.

Begüm also advises on Turkish law aspects of disputes pending before foreign courts. She has experience in the enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards.

In addition, she supports clients on compliance with local and international anti-corruption and anti-bribery regulations, and conducts internal investigations. She has been involved in a number of major investigation processes.

Begüm Biçer İlikay joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2016. She became a partner in 2025.
