Professional stints in Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden deepen his understanding of cross-border dynamics. He holds an LL.M. in Energy Law and Policy from the University of Dundee, complemented by a Master of Law and a B.A. in Scandinavian Studies from the University of Gdańsk. Additional credentials in accounting, legal translation, and the Legal MBA programme round out his commercial acumen.
