Dr Ewa Boryczko advises corporate clients on complex transactions, employment matters, and commercial arrangements. Her trilingual fluency in French, English, and Polish removes communication barriers in cross-border deals. She approaches each engagement with an academic’s precision and a practitioner’s pragmatism. Clients benefit from her ability to navigate both legal technicalities and broader business objectives. Her work spans general corporate housekeeping, corporate structuring, governance matters, and dispute resolution.

Before joining LYNX, she founded and led BMSP Boryczko Malinowska & Partners for fifteen years. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade teaching commercial law at both the University of Warsaw and the Université de Poitiers in France. Her doctoral thesis on protecting acquirer interests in takeover transactions laid the foundation for her M&A practice. She also studied comparative law at the University of Strasbourg. This combination of scholarly rigor and hands-on deal experience means clients receive advice grounded in both legal theory and market reality.
