• Well-versed in real estate, commercial and contract law, M&As, and JVs. 

• Advises mainly foreign clients in real estate transactions as well as domestic and cross-border takeovers and restructurings. 

Broad experience in foreign investments in Hungary: 

• Has worked for 4 years (1999-2003) at a leading international law/tax/audit firm as Head of Legal in Hungary. 

• Founding Partner of LYNX legal in 2003. 

• Having lived in Romania, Germany, and Hungary, Rainer has gained a unique international background enabling him to understand every aspect not only of the legal issues but also of any cultural differences faced by foreign investors in CEE, especially in Hungary. 

• Has expertise in greenfield and brownfield projects. 

• Native language is German, business level English, Hungarian, and Romanian.
