• Member of the Corporate and M&A and Insolvency Practice Groups 

• Part of the team advising foreign and Hungarian clients in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions as well as daily operative matters 

• Has expertise in greenfield and brownfield projects 

• Has experience in distressed M&A transactions, restructuring 

• Laura has gained previous experience in taxation working for a Big4 for 2 and a half years, advising clients in VAT, customs and excise duty issues 

International background:  

• Secondment at Karanovic and Partners in Belgrade, Serbia and internship at Santiago & Muñoz Abogados in Córdoba, Spain
