He graduated in Economics and Business – with a specialization in tax law – from Milan’s Università Cattolica and is registered with the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (“Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili”) and with the Register of Auditors (“Registro dei Revisori Legali”).

He provides recurring and nonrecurring advice on domestic and international tax and company law matters to joint-stock companies and national and international real estate groups, investment funds (including real estate funds), financial intermediaries, as well as companies in the energy sector (gas, electricity and electric mobility).
