He graduated cum laude in law from the University of Naples Federico II.

In 2015 he received from the International Bar Association the award as best young lawyer under 35.

He specializes in company law and corporate governance, handles corporate reorganizations and M&As and provides assistance to Italian and foreign groups (including regulated groups) with recurring and nonrecurring matters and in arbitrations.

He has acquired extensive experience with corporate finance transactions, contributions and corporate reorganizations, with particular regard to corporate reorganizations in the real estate and hotel business.

He sits on several Boards of directors and Supervisory Bodies (organismi di vigilanza) pursuant to legislative decree 231/01.

He is a speaker at meetings and seminars on company law, real estate law and hotel law.
