She has extensive experience leading transactional workstreams on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations, with particular strength in regulated industries.

Maryna advises across a range of sectors including agribusiness, defence technology, renewable energy, and banking. She is recognised for her ability to shape the deal, draft and negotiate sophisticated transactional documentation, and drive transactions efficiently through to closing.
