Counsel Dmytro Riabikin specializes in corporate law, private wealth management, M&A, capital markets and securities market. Dmytro has extensive experience of advising clients on various private wealth management issues including protection of interests of beneficial owners of Ukrainian and foreign businesses. Mr Riabikin regularly advises on private and business assets structuring, including setting up trust structures, foundations and family offices.

Currently Dmytro specializes on M&A and legal structuring of investments into defense-tech start-ups (both in Ukraine and abroad) and provides full-scale legal assistance to investors (foreign and domestic) into Ukrainian defense-tech players and to founders of Ukrainian defense start-ups.

Prior to joining Sayenko Kharenko, Mr Riabikin for several years worked in the corporate law department at one of the largest independent law firms in Ukraine.
