Since 1 June 2025, Roza has been working as an Attorney at Law at the Pepeljugoski Law Firm. Between 2012 and 2022, she gained extensive experience in diplomacy and human rights. She has participated in various international scientific conferences in the country and abroad. She is also the author of several scientific papers.

Holds PH. D Degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in 2016 in the field of international law, under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Milenko Kreća, where she obtained the scientific degree of Doctor of the Science of Law. Holds LLM. Degreeat the Faculty of Law “Justinianus Primus” – Skopje at the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius”- Skopje in 2010 in the field of international law, under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Ljubomir Frčkoski where she obtained the academic title of Master of the Science of Law, section international law. Roza passed bar exam in Since 2023.
