In his capacity as Partner at Tuca Zbârcea & Asociatii, Ciprian Dragomir has represented multi-national companies from a variety of industries such as automotive, steel, oil and gas, maritime in connection with their investments in Romania.

A further focus of his practice concerns legal advice on a broad range of environmental law issues, including brownfield development and contaminated land liability, waste management, licensing and permitting, environmental impact assessment, greenfield development.

Ciprian Dragomir is also a certified intellectual property counselor for trademarks, coordinating the firm's intellectual property practice group and advising clients on all aspects related to the registration, protection, licensing and transfer of patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs and software, AI and cybersecurity law, as well as data privacy issues.
