Chairman, Head of Employment Law

Carl advises businesses, partners and senior executives on all areas of employment law and Employment Tribunal litigation. He also has extensive experience of High Court litigation and partnership, LLP and shareholder disputes.

Carl is a Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer. In addition to being Chairman and Head of the Employment Department, Carl also has overall responsibility for the Firm’s Commercial Practice.

While his practice is wide ranging, Carl has a particular focus on assisting clients in the financial services, insurance and professional services sectors and a specialism in disputes relating to post termination restrictions, confidential information, team moves, bonuses and whistleblowing.

Carl is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association and a regular speaker at employment training seminars.
