Thomas Laurent has developed a practice in insurance and contract / tort law. Prior to joining Mermoz Avocats, he started his career working at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) both in Munich and London in the product development team and at PwC in the Corporate Finance department based in Paris where he participated in several cross-border mergers & acquisitions especially in the insurance and banking sector. Since he has passed the French bar in 2019, he focuses on advising insurance professionals on their international programs, especially on regulatory and litigation aspects, and handling major claims (industrial risks, PD/BI, third parties liability, bodily injuries…).
