Aurélie Bonsch acts mainly in private equity and mergers-acquisitions, for French and international companies and groups, investment funds, family offices, Managers and founders. She provides expertise on structuring and reorganization of groups and companies. She has been appointed partner in May 2019. Prior to joining HPML in July 2012, she worked at Eversheds LLP Paris. She joined the firm following the merger between HPML and Mermoz in July 2022.
